I am a bilingual professional with a Masters of Arts and Bachelors of Arts degree. I have more than 16 years of experience in non-profit organizations, servant leadership, team management, and cross-cultural work with a focus on relational development. I have more than 11 years of experience in a 1200+ person organization in the fields of pastoral care, team management, creative arts, marketing, fundraising, and cross-cultural relations. I am also a board member and founding partner of a non-profit organization that builds relational and spiritual bridges between the Dominican Republic and North America. I have extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Wordpress, website design, photography, and videography.
